Haralds Vaffel

Haralds Vaffel is Norway’s internationally known dessert waffle concept, originally established with a strong grassroots following but in need of structure and commercialization to scale sustainably. The project focused on refining the concept, strengthening the brand, and building a framework for growth. The scope included identifying and securing a suitable business location, developing a complete interior concept, and executing a full rebrand to modernize and professionalize the visual identity. Custom artworks were created to reinforce the brand’s playful and expressive character within the space. Content creation and photography were developed to elevate the digital presence and communicate the product more clearly across platforms. In addition, an app was developed to support ordering and customer engagement, aligning operations with the brand’s next phase. The result was a more scalable, commercially structured concept while retaining the personality that made it widely recognized in the first place.
