Down South Deli

Down South Deli was developed as the informal extension of Way Down South, built around sandwiches, smash burgers, pastrami, fried chicken, and brunch staples like chicken and waffles. Designed for takeaway and delivery as much as dine-in, the concept focused on bold flavors, speed, and strong visual presence. The scope included a full interior rebuild, shaping the space to feel casual, energetic, and product-driven while staying rooted in the broader Way Down South universe. Branding and visual identity were developed specifically for the Deli format, supported by custom illustrations that reinforced its playful but confident character. Content creation and photography were produced to highlight texture, indulgence, and scale, ensuring the brand translated clearly across social platforms and delivery channels. The result is a focused, high-energy deli concept with a distinct identity that stands on its own while remaining connected to the parent brand.
