Birdmans
Birdmans was developed as an authentic fried chicken joint, built around American comfort food done properly, with everything made from scratch by hand. The work covered concept translation into a full brand world, including visual identity, interior direction, illustration, and photography, with a focus on creating a handmade, unpolished expression that matched the product and process. The identity leaned on bold typographic presence and character-led graphics, while custom illustration and artwork gave the brand a distinctive voice across touchpoints. The interior design reinforced the same cues, prioritizing warmth, texture, and a lived-in feel over anything sterile or overly “designed,” so the space and the brand felt as honest as the food
